network-enabled chartplotter comes preloaded with Garmins
Marine Detail Map that uses BlueChart g2 technology.
Coverage is for U.S. coastal areas, including Alaska and
Hawaii. These charts provide integrated maps for a much
smoother presentation on your plotter screen. It has all the
detail of traditional BlueCharts, but with 3D perspective,
richer detail and content, tide and currents, coastal roads,
marine services and more. This 10" multifunction
display (MFD) lets you see it all-weather, sonar, video,
radar and mapping when interfaced with optional Garmin
sensor components. Add a sensor component like the GSD 22
for sonar capability, the GDL 30/30A for XM/WX Satellite
Weather and the GMR 20/40 for radar capability (sensors sold
separately). It also features configurable display windows,
so you can set up the huge display screen any way you want
it, and two video inputs, so you can watch the engine room
or activity on deck. It can even be networked with multiple
displays.
