The sturdy mechanism includes Fulton's popular Fas-Lok coupler mechanism that allows quick and easy trailer hookup. Rust-resistant finish. Pivot restricted to 165° so it won't damage your marker lights. Chain retainer prevents included safety chains from dragging, yet allows free movement.
