Cleat
pulls upsimply push it back down when its no
longer needed and it locks in the flush position. In the
up position, Pull-UP Cleats function exactly
like a conventional cleat. sizes: 4-inch, . Made
of marine grade stainless steel. Each PULL-UP Cleat is
shipped with an aluminum backing plate which also serves
as the cut-out template. Screws are not included.
