     Cleat pulls upsimply push it back down when its no longer needed and it locks in the flush position. In the up position, Pull-UP Cleats function exactly like a conventional cleat.  sizes: 4-inch, . Made of marine grade stainless steel. Each PULL-UP Cleat is shipped with an aluminum backing plate which also serves as the cut-out template. Screws are not included.

    Sleek, low profile appearance.
    Large flange helps cover rough cut-out area.
    Made of 316 cast stainless steel.
    Mounts from the bottom via welded stainless steel threaded studs.
    Stud length is 1-7/8" on all sizes.
    Installation
    Drill four holes and saw-cut clearance between the two center holes. Backing hardware is standard on all models and is included with each cleat.
