High Capacity Boji Water Softener

Softens your water supply, yielding water that tastes fresher, is less corrosive to onboard plumbing and leaves fewer unsightly stains and water spots. Consists of a PVC cylinder containing a special Ion Exchange Resin that attracts hard substances in water (iron, calcium. etc.) and removes them as the water passes through. Complete kit includes the Boji Softener, a prefilter housing with activated carbon filter, 36 hose to connect Boji to prefilter, 3/4 hose fittings to plumb into water supply and molded integral feet. Provides a lifetime of use, but must be regenerated periodically using water softener salt cubes (available at hardware and home supply stores). No moving parts Installed in-line 5" W  x 36" H Softens up to 5,000 gallons prior to regeneration (actual amount of water softened depends upon hardness of water)
