WHAT IS IT? BATTERY LIFE SAVER. An electronic device that brings dead batteries back to life and restores functioning batteries to new condition.

WHY IS IT NEEDED?  

75% to 80% of lead acid batteries fail prematurely because of formation of lead sulfate on the plates. These crystals cause batteries to become unusable at approximately one-third of their natural life. BATTERY LIFE SAVER dissolves the lead sulfate crystals.

HOW DOES IT WORK?  

Using breakthrough square wave technology, BATTERY LIFE SAVER sends a frequency signal to each crystal of lead sulfate, causing it to convert back into lead and

sulfuric acid, dissolving the crystals. This restores the battery to its original condition and allows the electrical charge to be drawn from the battery.

HOW EASY IS IT TO USE?

BATTERY LIFE SAVER can be used in several different ways:

To restore a dead or barely usable battery, connect BATTERY LIFE SAVER to the battery, along with your battery charger. A 6 - 10 amp charger works best. BATTERY LIFE SAVER is powered by the battery and only two wires need to be connected, one to each terminal of the battery. Allow the battery to charge until the specific gravity reaches between 1.250 and 1.300. This would be equivalent to a new battery. If you don't have a hydrometer to measure specific gravity, you can check the voltage with the charger operational, and if they voltage is over 15 volts, the battery is fully rejuvenated. This process takes from 24 hours to as much as several days for a badly sulfated battery.

To accelerate the de-sulfating process, turn the battery charger off if the battery voltage is at least 11.5 volts. Leave BATTERY LIFE SAVER connected and allow it to run by itself for 12 hours. Then turn the battery charger on and allow it to run for 12 hours with the battery charger on. Do this alternately until the specific gravity is within range.

To maintain a new battery, or one in good condition, use BATTERY LIVE SAVER for approximately 12 hours once per month. You can do this by simply connecting it to the battery and letting it run during a period of time when the battery is not being used. The battery does not have to be removed or disconnected from whatever it is powering.

For vehicle batteries that are used daily, BATTERY LIFE SAVER can be attached to the vehicle and connected to the battery permanently, so that the battery is constantly maintained in like new condition.

For deep cycle applications, such as floor sweepers, floor washers. fork lifts, golf carts and marine use, attach BATTERY LIFE SAVER to the battery charger and use it every time the battery is charged.

For use on vehicles that are used frequently and have a single battery. Runs constantly to keep the battery in optimum condition. Can also be used for battery storage in conjunction with a trickle charger. Approximately 10 watts. Comes with 5/16 lugs for attachment to the battery clamp bolts.
